Why do you call it …
Why do you call it misguided passion?

  2. jaybostein16 says:

    so much misguided …
so much misguided passion…such a shame

  3. princette says:

I wonder if any of …
I wonder if any of the love spreading hippies and stoners, knew that in the Bronze age the henge was used for bashing kids brains out of their heads and Neolithic inhumation burials and skull sacrifices to bloodthirsty gods. Druidism is an Iron age construct.

    It’s the drumming …
It’s the drumming that needed to cheer up. I was there, and it sounded like a dirge. They just need to put a bit of kick in it once in a while!

  9. herostratics says:

    What are you on …
    What are you on about?
Does this have some ancient Egyptian relevance? When does it occur?…
LOL, I see (after a little research on the net – I hadn’t heard of the film until now).

  10. Hercules2345 says:

    We really need …
We really need someone to video the night skies of the 3 Kings of Orion’s belt & Sirius pointing to the place of the sunrise – who’s up for it?

  11. beanysmith says:

    you can book stone …
you can book stone circle access, office hours 01722343834. this gives you 1 hour in the centre of the stones with no more than 25 other people. you will be able to book this access near to equinox/solstice, but not normally on those dates, because of the ‘misfits’. Access happens before opening, and after closing, and is approximately double the entrance price

  12. herostratics says:

    And subdued …
And subdued reverence towards solar-structural interactions isn’t weird?
The winter solstice is a celebration – so we party.

  18. noslashnognr says:

    Serious question: …
Serious question: Do they ever reserve Stonehenge on solstices and equinoxes for non-weird people so that you can observe in a more serene environment and see the solar-structural interactions better? If I ever made it out to Stonehenge on a solstice, if possible, I’d prefer to see it with a crowd that is more reverent in a subdued sort of way, without the drumming and misfits.

  19. PUNKorWHAT says:
